We previously talked about a recipe for speculaas cookies and speculaas spice mix recipe and now we will start writing a new recipe for speculoos spread. Let's get started!
Speculoos Cookie Spread Recipe

Notes:
1- Speculoos Cookie we wrote the recipe for it before.
2- you can make your own sweet condensed milk or buy it ready-made.
3- Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate are used as a preservatives.
4- Soy Lecithin used as an emulsifier.
Mixing Instructions:
- Put the biscuits to grind to have a fine granules
- Add the palm oil and mix well
- Mix the blend, and add the sweet to condensed milk to it
- Mix well and Keep in the fridge at 4°C
Sweetened Condensed Milk Recipes

Mixing Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan heat together the milk and the sugar.
- Stir the milk to dissolve the sugar and cook on a low to medium heat for twenty minutes (without allow it to boil) to reduce.
- In a small cup add a the sifted corn starch and add an amount of water and mix to a thick paste (make sure you get any lumps out).
- Pour the corn starch mixture unto the heated milk and turn off the heat.
- Stir the mixture until it becomes thick.
- Keep it sealed in an air tight container for up to four days at 4°C

Mixing Instructions:
